Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex application migration initiatives in a fast-growing financial services environment.

You will align cross-functional teams, IT departments and external vendors, manage budgets and risks, and ensure governance and security-by-design compliance across all project phases. Strong English and Mandarin communication across all levels are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience in application migrations.
• Proven ability to lead medium-sized teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Technical familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and secure-by-design principles.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in ambiguous projects.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with cross-level communication ability.
