Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects throughout the whole implementation cycle, from gathering users' requirements to project planning, monitoring, and problem solving.
• Analyze business requirements and control costs.
• Perform vendor management and take responsibility for the entire system implementation, solution testing, training, and service documentation.
• Create daily rollout progress reports, weekly summary reports, and monthly review reports for each customer review meeting.
• Maintain a positive attitude and good communication for people management, ensuring that the engineering team provides efficient and productive service and minimizes talent lost.

Qualifications
