Qualifications

• 2–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, with IT procurement exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, or related discipline.
• Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: lead IT procurement for hardware, software and services across the technology division.
• Tender Management: manage tendering processes, vendor sourcing, documents, evaluation, and contracts.
• Digitalization & Optimization: support procurement workflows, reporting, and system enhancements including UAT.
• Governance & Due Diligence: conduct vendor due diligence and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Cycle Monitoring: track PR-to-PO lead times and support procurement committee meetings.
