Job summary

Hong Kong Dental Association seeks an IT Officer to support and coordinate a CMS-based system project, including installation, configuration, and data migration for a smooth rollout. You will train users, create guides, and provide first-line IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.

You will also maintain the Association's webpage and social media channels, assist with multimedia production, and provide on-site tech support for events, with occasional outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in information technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role is preferrable.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate CMS system project implementation and training sessions.
• Provide first-line IT helpdesk support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain desktops/laptops, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Update the Association's webpage and social media channels.
• Assist with multimedia production, including video filming and editing.
• Provide on-site IT support for events and meetings.
