Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Operations Engineer/Systems & Network Engineer to maintain and optimize critical infrastructure.

The role covers servers, networks, storage, and virtualization, with daily operational duties and project-based implementations. You will collaborate with data center operators and hardware vendors, troubleshoot issues, and help implement system changes, upgrades, and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above is required.
• Minimum 2 years of IT operations or infrastructure support experience.
• Hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience coordinating with data centers and external hardware vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT infrastructure operations and implementation activities.
• Monitor and maintain server, network, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Coordinate with data center operators and external hardware vendors for maintenance and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure service availability.
• Assist in implementing system changes, upgrades, and operational procedures.
• Support security monitoring and log management activities.
