Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry.
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT Security, Network Design and Storage Area Network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maximum system availability and ensure the system meets defined service level targets.
• Provide ongoing system support, implement new enhancements, and carry out quality assurance activities.
• Assist the system infrastructure team and contractors in delivering the support services currently in place.
• Identify service requirements and prepare specification documents to support the procurement of hardware, software, and maintenance services for the system.
