Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional in Hong Kong to assist in implementing and maintaining IT systems.

The role requires at least 5 years in infrastructure, hands-on Linux administration, Ansible, Terraform, and monitoring tools, with readiness to handle incidents outside office hours. You will lead automation of support and operations workflow and collaborate with the team to maintain servers, virtualization, and related infrastructure across

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• Experience and hands-on knowledge in IT infrastructure administration, maintenance and support (servers and virtualization).
• Proficient in Linux OS administration and Ansible usage.
• Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools.
• Experience with Terraform, monitoring/log analysis tools, open source monitoring/visualization platforms, cloud platforms or IT security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems
• Maintain a up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software
• Monitor overall systems' healthiness
• Handle incidents and critical problems at non-office hours
• Lead the automation of support and operations workflow
• Conduct maintenance updates
• Work with other team members to facilitate IT infrastructure support
