Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain complex IT systems in Hong Kong. You will oversee servers, networks, and security, ensuring high availability and quick recovery from issues. A strong background in cyber security and hybrid virtualization environments is desirable.

The role involves hands-on configuration, monitoring, and proactive upgrades, with focus on reliability and data integrity across the enterprise IT stack.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in IT infrastructure projects.
Experience in cyber security: AD/Networking and Microsoft administration.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, switches/routers, routing protocols.
HCIA/HCIP certificates.
Experience with Fortinet/Huawei firewalls.
Virtualization and Kubernetes experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in IT infrastructure design, installation, and configuration.
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network.
Perform maintenance and system updates/upgrades.
Contribute to IT infrastructure security design and maintenance.
Operate facilities and server infrastructure to maximize uptime.
Implement data backup strategies to ensure recoverability.
