Qualifications

• Degree or above in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or IT operations.
• Solid background with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in basic networking (DNS, DHCP) and AD Connect.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; able to support diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain IT hardware, software, workstations, operating systems and business applications.
• Basic operation of administration for network and server equipment.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and initial device configurations.
• Coordinate with regional staff to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets; assist with IT procurement and asset management.
• Set up cybersecurity practices: firewall policies, access control, data encryption.
• Coordinate with IT-related project and vendor coordination; migration tasks to Microsoft services.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for meeting rooms and executive presentations.
• Support departments for using AI-driven tools that enhance operation efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
