Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Technical Engineer to join its Hong Kong team, delivering infrastructure support and cybersecurity across group companies worldwide. The role combines hands-on network, AD, and email environment work with regional projects.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Exchange, firewalls and security monitoring, liaising with internal users and external vendors. Eligibility to work in Hong Kong and strong English and Cantonese are required.

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure experience with hands-on network and security tasks.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with Network, Firewall and Active Directory environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Exchange and email environments.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Our client is a well-established international organisation with operations across multiple countries. Due to ongoing business and technology needs, they are looking for a Technical Engineer to join their Hong Kong team and provide infrastructure and cybersecurity support to their group companies worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure professional who enjoys hands‑on technical work and would like to gain broader exposure across network, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and cybersecurity within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure across worldwide group companies
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, Active Directory and email environments
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 / Exchange
• Troubleshoot network, system and infrastructure‑related issues
• Support secure network design, firewall configuration and troubleshooting
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including security assessments, monitoring and incident handling
• Coordinate with internal users, project teams, customers and external vendors on technical matters

• Travel overseas for business and technical support when necessary

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience
• Hands‑on experience supporting Network, Firewall and Active Directory environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange
• Solid networking knowledge including secure network design, firewall configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, security monitoring and incident handling
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders
• Well‑organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player
• Willing to travel overseas for business when required
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
