Job summary

OEX BULLION LIMITED seeks an experienced IT Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. You will govern Teams, manage user lifecycles, and strengthen security through Purview and Defender portals.

The role requires 4+ years in IT with strong PowerShell automation and Windows/macOS support. Experience with Intune and AV setup for major events is a plus; Cantonese/English proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT engineering, sys admin, or similar
• Strong focus on Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• MS-900 or MS-700 certifications preferred
• Automation experience with PowerShell
• Windows 10/11 and macOS support knowledge
• Intune/MDM experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as M365 SME for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune

• Troubleshoot Tier 3 issues in M365, authentication and connectivity

Core Key Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

Microsoft 365 & Teams Administration:

M365 Expert:

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Intune.

Teams Governance:

Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Teams, including teams/channels, policies, governance, telephony, and meeting room systems.

User Lifecycle Management:

Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) within the M365 environment.

Security & Compliance:

Implement and manage security features within the Microsoft 365 Purview & Defender portals.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Resolve complex Tier 3 issues related to M365 applications, authentication, identity management, and connectivity.

Secondary & Ad-hoc Responsibilities (As Needed Basis)

Office IT Support & Infrastructure Co-ordination:

Provide backup Tier 1/2 technical support for office hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and general business software when requested.

Network Maintenance:

Assist in monitoring and maintaining the local office network (LAN/Wi-Fi) to ensure basic connectivity and performance.

Endpoint Security:

Support the enforcement of IT security policies, including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls under guidance.

Asset & AV Assistance:

Help with IT asset inventory logging and occasional audio-visual (AV) setup in conference rooms for major events.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role with a deep, verifiable focus on Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

M365 Certification:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) is highly preferred.

Automation:

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration of Microsoft 365 services.

OS Support:

Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS support environments.

MDM (Plus):

Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for mobile device and application management is a strong plus.

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Languages:

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
