Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, servers and enterprise apps.
• Experience in managing IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and service delivery.

• Lead daily operations of the IT department to ensure reliable IT services across the hotel.
• Oversee IT infrastructure security, maintenance, and enhancements of servers, networks, and business apps.
• Manage IT projects, implementations, upgrades and technology initiatives; cover duties during absence of senior IT lead.
• Monitor system performance, network availability and cybersecurity measures for a stable environment.
• Provide technical leadership and support across infrastructure, network, telephony, hardware and software.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
