Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Information Technology team and oversee the hotel’s technology infrastructure and applications. The role focuses on reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT services to support guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity, and a proven ability to manage projects, vendor relationships, and business-aligned

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 in supervision; hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across the hotel infrastructure and applications.
• Manage IT projects, deployments, and security initiatives.
• Develop the IT team and vendor relationships.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
