Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Information Technology Division. You will oversee the reliability, security, and continuous enhancement of the hotel's technology infrastructure while partnering with business leaders to drive operational excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in IT with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity; hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, servers, telecommunications, cloud technologies and enterprise applications.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Security+ or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the IT Department, ensuring efficient delivery of IT services across the hotel.
• Oversee IT infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and technology initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure, network, telephony, hardware, software and end-user services.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify business needs and implement technology solutions.
• Maintain IT policies, documentation and compliance with group IT requirements.
