Job summary

Haven of Hope Christian Service in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Manager - Information Technology to lead IT infrastructure and operations, align with organizational goals, and manage a team.

The role requires a IT degree, 6+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years in supervision; proficient in Windows Server, O365, Exchange, Linux, VMware, security and vendor management; strong English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, O365, Exchange, Linux, VMware, security and networking.

Responsibilities

• Report to SEM/IT and assist in defining IT strategies for infrastructure.
• Manage IT infrastructure resources including infrastructure and helpdesk.
• Supervise the IT Infrastructure Team to deliver high quality IT support.
• Manage IT procurement, service contracts and vendors.
• Collaborate with users and IT teams on projects and solutions.
