Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations, infrastructure, applications, or IT service management in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams across traditional support and agile/transformation engineering.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies, re-engineer workflows, and drive digital transformation.
• Experience executing large-scale data centre-to-cloud migrations in Azure or AWS with flawless execution.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; strong stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and automated service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary IT team to accelerate agile delivery and tech learning across the group.
• Design and execute enterprise data centre-to-cloud migrations using Azure and AWS.
• Govern secure, high-performance data infrastructure for analytics, data pipelines, and AI workloads.
• Oversee ERP upgrades and ensure seamless integration with cloud environments.
• Champion Automation‑as‑a‑Service, IaC, containerisation, and self-service provisioning.
• Uphold IT service standards, incident response, and patch-management across all sites.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage EA contracts, hardware lifecycles and MSPs.
• Manage IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets with cost-consolidation opportunities.

As an all‑rounded IT Manager, you will balance robust operational governance with a proactive drive to adopt new technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a specialised team to accelerate modern agile delivery models and foster a culture of continuous tech learning and adoption across the group.
• Designing and executing enterprise‑wide data centre‑to‑cloud migration strategies utilising Azure and AWS platforms.
• Provisioning and governing secure, high‑performance data infrastructure (compute, storage, and connectivity) required to support enterprise analytics, data pipelines, and emerging AI workloads.
• Serving as the operational lead for major enterprise application upgrades, ensuring core ERP migrations seamlessly integrate with modern cloud environments.
• Eliminating legacy bottlenecks by aggressively championing Automation‑as‑a‑Service, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC), containerisation, and self‑service environment provisioning.
• Overseeing strict IT service standards, incident response protocols, and tight patch‑management discipline across all corporate offices, branches, and remote sites.
• Partnering with the Procurement team to negotiate and govern high‑value Enterprise Agreements (EA), hardware lifecycles, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts to maximise ROI.
• Managing the group’s IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets while proactively identifying cost‑consolidation and automated efficiency opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, applications, or IT service management within a mid‑to‑large enterprise.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams across traditional support, application management, and agile/transformation engineering.
• A proven track record of taking independent initiative to learn new technologies, re‑engineer workflows, and champion digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex, high‑risk operational projects (e.g., large‑scale site consolidations or zero‑downtime migrations) with flawless execution.
• Hands‑on experience leading and executing actual data centre‑to‑cloud migrations within Azure or AWS environments.
• Strong technical grip on Microsoft 365 governance, enterprise networking (e.g., SD‑WAN), and modern cybersecurity architectures (e.g., SASE, EDR, Zscaler, SentinelOne).
• Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks coupled with a strong operational grasp of Agile, DevOps, and automated IT service delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Experience operating within complex multi‑branch, multi‑site, heavy industry, or engineering environments is highly advantageous.
