Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited, on behalf of a premier legal institution in Hong Kong, seeks an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist to oversee cloud, security, and endpoint solutions across the enterprise.

Hybrid cloud administration across Azure and AliCloud, Intune, GPO, PowerShell, Entra SSO, and security tooling are core components. The role involves 2nd/3rd tier support, backup drills, mentoring, and driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Windows certifications (MCSA/MCSE) preferred.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience managing Microsoft endpoint solutions (Intune, GPO, PowerShell) and Microsoft Azure VMs.
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Entra SSO (Conditional Access, SaaS integrations) and remote access tools (Prisma Access, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• 3+ years working with security operational tools (e.g., PAM, Qualys, Defender for Endpoint).
• Solid understanding of core networking (DHCP, DNS, Certificate Authentication) and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Cloud & System Administration: maintain, configure, and optimize VM environments across Microsoft Azure and AliCloud.
• Endpoint & Workspace Management: administer desktop and mobile devices via Intune, GPO, and PowerShell.
• Identity & Access Management: implement and manage Microsoft Entra SSO solutions, Conditional Access, and SaaS integrations.
• Security & Vulnerability Management: coordinate with MSP/SOC for patching, monitoring, and Defender/Sentinel/Purview tools.
• Collaboration & Modern Workplace: administer SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, remote connectivity (Prisma Access, AVD), and email security (Barracuda, Exchange).
• Project Delivery & Team Coaching: provide 2nd/3rd tier support, lead backup/restore drills, mentor juniors, recommend tech solutions.

• Hybrid Cloud & System Administration: Maintain, configure, and optimize virtual machine environments across Microsoft Azure and AliCloud platforms.

• Endpoint & Workspace Management: Drive end-to-end administration of desktop and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, Group Policy (GPO), and PowerShell scripting.

• Identity & Access Management: Implement and manage Microsoft Entra SSO solutions, enforce Conditional Access policies, and integrate third-party SaaS applications.

• Security & Vulnerability Management: Coordinate with managed service providers (MSP/SOC) to manage vulnerability patching (Qualys), monitoring, and Microsoft security tools (Defender, Sentinel, Purview).

• Collaboration & Modern Workplace Solutions: Administer M365 core services (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot), remote connectivity tools (Prisma Access, AVD), and email security (Barracuda, Exchange).

• Project Delivery & Team Coaching: Serve as 2nd/3rd tier technical support, lead regular backup/restore drills, mentor junior team members, and recommend viable tech solutions for business enhancement.
