Job summary

Leigh & Orange Limited, a Hong Kong based architectural practice, seeks an IT Manager to lead the IT team and ensure reliable infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project delivery. You will collaborate with business units, manage key stakeholders, and drive IT initiatives aligned with business needs.

The role requires 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a supervisory capacity, a degree in IT/CS, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, CISA/CISM/CISSP.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or related discipline.
• IT Professional qualification such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, CISA, CISM or CISSP is an advantage.
• 8 years relevant experience with 5 years supervisory experiences.
• Experience in C# application development is highly preferable.
• Sound knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework, technologies and enterprise applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team to provide troubleshooting and incident support on infrastructure basis (networking, servers, email, backup).

• Identify and deploy equipment/solutions to improve operations.

• Oversee application management and vendor relations to improve operations.
• Manage major IT projects, including updates, migrations and outages.
• Plan and manage IT project budgets and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and escalation processes.

Job description

Lead IT team to provide troubleshooting and incident support on infrastructure basis, including networking, servers, email, infrastructure and backup operation

Understand business needs and be effective at collaborating with different business teams. Manage key Business stakeholders to align business and IT priorities and strategy

Ensure information as well as cybersecurity and protect entrusted company and confidential data at a minimum in line with regulation and company policy

Identify, evaluate and deploy equipment / solutions (including Intranet / websites) to improve the business operations

Develop and implement IT policies/guidelines and best practice guides and conduct regular internal and external IT audits

Manage all internal and external application on improving operational efficienciesby software development, vendor management and system enhancement, etc.

Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages

Manage the budget planning and implementation of the IT projects

Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively

Requirements

• Effective in communication with good interpersonal skills


• Experience in architectural industry is an advantage


• Immediate availability is highly preferred
