Job summary

HR Plus is assisting a global premium retailer in hiring an IT Service Manager in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering reliable IT services, managing vendor contracts, and optimizing the IT infrastructure to support business needs.

You will lead incident, request, and escalation processes, ensure data security, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• 5 years’ experience in managing an IT service delivery function in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; LS-retail knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in service operations and managing external service providers.
• Independent, strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
• Lead desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment
• Prepare regular performance report in monitoring of service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements

• Good understanding of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge in LS-retail is a plus
• Demonstrable and recent experience in service operations/managing an external service provider
• Independent, strong communication, service deliver and relationship management skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Immediate available is preferred
