Job summary

Hong Kong Arts Centre is seeking a seasoned IT leader to take full ownership of the IT infrastructure for HKAC and HKAS, ensuring stable operations, security, and continuous improvement.

You will drive IT projects, oversee daily operations, implement disaster recovery plans, and manage vendors, budgets, and reporting. Strong English and Chinese communication is required to liaise with stakeholders and end-users.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience covering operations, service delivery, infrastructure support, end-user computing, vendor management and project coordination.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Windows desktop environments, endpoint support, networking, servers, cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Excellent IT project management skills including requirements gathering, planning, coordination, testing, change control, documentation and rollout support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, ability to liaise with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of IT infrastructure for HKAC and HKAS, including servers, networks, security and systems.
• Manage IT projects such as infrastructure deployment, upgrades and migrations.
• Oversee daily IT operations for performance, availability and reliability.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans and monitor backups.
• Serve as primary contact for IT vendors and ensure service delivery.
• Provide technical support to end-users and maintain IT systems.
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed and compliant.
• Participate in IT procurement, vendor selection and tender management.
• Plan and manage IT budget and evaluate equipment costs.
• Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and capacity planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
