Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority seeks a senior leader to define and drive its infrastructure and operations strategy in Hong Kong. You will oversee hybrid environments, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and service delivery for a large, mission-critical public facility and district-wide services.

The role requires 15+ years in senior IT infrastructure leadership, strong governance, and proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships. English and Chinese fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant IT experience in senior infrastructure roles.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Strong governance, risk management and vendor management experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Authority's infrastructure and technology operations strategy.
• Lead planning, design, implementation, operation and continual improvement of enterprise infrastructure including campus networks and data centres.
• Oversee hybrid on-premise and cloud environments with governance and cost optimisation.
• Drive infrastructure automation, monitoring, resilience, and incident response.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor governance for technology services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team.
