Job summary

HKIRC seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee daily IT operations, ensure high system availability, and enforce robust change management. The role acts as the gatekeeper for monitoring infrastructure activities and incident reporting across teams.

You will manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, backups, and DR planning while coordinating with vendors to meet SLAs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of solid experience in IT infrastructure support with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in Virtualization, Networking, Database, Backup & Recovery Administration, Disaster Recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT team (infrastructure, project, and IT operations), ensuring high system availability and change management discipline.
• Monitor system logs and audit trails, ensuring transparent incident reporting and cross-team communication.
