Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT support specialist to provide technical assistance and user support across the organization. The role involves desktop support, phone system handling, and remote assistance for satellite locations, with daily MIS operations and procurement responsibilities.

Salary offers up to 3,000 SGD monthly basic plus AWS and VB; public transport reimbursement monthly and yearly increments based on performance are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant studies in helpdesk/IT support.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.
• Phone system support
• Global User Ticket Entry
• User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)
• Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)
• Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: up $3,000 monthly basic + AWS + VB (avg. 1-2 mths)

Summary/Objective

Provides technical support, supports final user in the whole organization, and provides service to solve different hardware and software problems, makes repairs and gives preventive maintenance for the hardware, solves possible glitches in specific systems in every identified area.
