Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an IT assistant on a contract basis to deliver helpdesk support and maintain IT applications for the New CIES Office project in Wan Chai/Central. The role requires experience in Windows environments, CMMP, and strong English/Chinese communication.

The successful candidate will test applications, assist in system administration, and produce statistical reports, with potential overtime as needed and a two-month contract period from 02 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk, system administration, maintenance and testing.
• Proficient with Windows network environment and office apps.
• Familiar with CMMP email system preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English; able to write and communicate.
• Experience with video conferencing tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide help-desk support and end-user IT services for the New CIES Office.
• Support, test, and maintain IT applications including user acceptance testing.
• Assist system administration and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Compile statistical reports and monitor IT performance.
• Possibly work overtime as needed; perform other duties assigned.
