Job summary

Airport Authority in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Programme Change Office and drive the IT Change Programme within the IT Operating Model. You will ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business strategy.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders across functions, applying Agile and Waterfall methods, and delivering process improvements, adoption, and post-implementation evaluation in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 6 years IT project management or Agile experience in large-scale IT/digital change initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers to promote project management best practices and timely status reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping and analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate IT Change Roadmap implementation and drive transformational initiatives.
• Assist in defining KPIs and benefits realization; compile project health reports.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on implementation progress for stakeholders.
• Oversee change programme progress and conduct health checks to meet targets.
• Support stakeholders through the change journey to foster adoption.
• Collaborate to improve project management practices, delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), tools and templates.
• Lead process improvements and end-to-end change implementation including readiness, communications, adoption and evaluation.
