Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Programme Change Office and drive IT operating model changes. You will lead transformational initiatives, align with the IT Change Roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to implement best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices (Agile and Waterfall).
• Ability to promote project management best practices and ensure timely status reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Join our Programme Change Office to drive impactful IT changes and enhance IT operating model.
• Orchestrate transformational initiatives to implement the IT Change Roadmap.
• Assist in defining KPIs and benefits realization, and prepare project health reports.
• Prepare regular updates on implementation progress for stakeholders.
• Oversee change programme progress, conduct health checks, ensure targets are met.
