Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong is seeking a skilled investment banking professional to lead origination and execution of corporate finance mandates. The role focuses on maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and identifying new business opportunities across sectors.

You will evaluate potential clients, develop market insight, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including overseas offices, ensuring high-quality deal documentation and mentorship for junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in investment banking and financial services.
• Fully qualified with SFC or equivalent regulatory licences.
• Proven knowledge of corporate finance, advisory and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in originating and executing investment banking mandates.
• Maintain and expand long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Evaluate potential clients and identify strategic opportunities across sectors.
• Develop market knowledge and stay updated on regulatory shifts and product developments.
• Collaborate with internal sector teams, senior leadership, overseas offices and Beijing office.
• Maintain quality control over deal materials, pitch books and documentation.
• Review, supervise and mentor junior team members.
