Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an ambitious Analyst or Associate to join its Equity Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on executing equity transactions, supporting origination ideas, and delivering market insight across IPOs, follow-ons, and pre-IPO activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
At least 1 year of equity capital markets execution or investment banking experience.
Familiarity with HK capital market mechanics and SFC guidelines.
Strong financial analysis, modeling, and commercial awareness.
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate execution of equity transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, pre-IPO raises).
Conduct market research, valuation modeling, peer analysis, and shareholding mapping.
Draft strategic pitching documents, client presentations, transaction memos, and compliance materials.
Liaise with sales syndicates, institutional buyers, corporate clients, and external advisors.
Monitor market trends and capital movement to generate origination ideas for senior dealmakers.
Perform additional deal support and transaction management tasks as required.
