Job summary

CICC in Hong Kong is seeking an Equity Financing Business Development and Execution professional to support origination and execution of investment banking deals, with a focus on cross-border IPOs in international markets.

The role involves collaborating with senior bankers in Hong Kong on client relationships, conducting in-depth market research, performing financial and industry analyses, and preparing client materials and due diligence documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with primary focus on cross border transactions including but not limited to initial public offerings in international capital markets.
• Work closely with senior bankers in Hong Kong for client relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth research activities on economies, industries and companies in China (including Hong Kong) and internationally.
• Perform financial, statistical, and corporate/industry analysis.
• Prepare presentation and other materials for clients.
• Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation, assist and coordinate in due diligence efforts and processes.
