You will join an elite Investment Banking Division (IBD) execution team composed of experienced corporate finance professionals and HKEX Sponsor principals. The team culture is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on execution excellence. Senior leadership offers hands-on mentorship, providing direct exposure to high-profile IPO origination, client coverage, and complex regulatory dealings.
Take a leading role in the end-to-end execution of Hong Kong IPO transactions, equity capital markets deals, and financial advisory mandates.
Draft and review prospectus documentation, regulatory filings, and announcement materials submitted to the HKEX and SFC.
Drive financial modelling, valuation analyses, industry research, and deep-dive due diligence processes alongside legal and accounting advisors.
Manage day-to-day transaction logistics, coordinate external professional parties, and respond to regulatory queries from HKEX and SFC.
Maintain continuous coverage of corporate clients, assisting senior dealmakers in preparing pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience in investment banking execution or corporate finance, with a proven track record in Hong Kong IPO transactions.
Solid understanding of the HKEX Main Board Listing Rules, SFC Codes, and HKEX Sponsor regulatory requirements.
Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities with high attention to detail.
Professional fluency in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese is mandatory to communicate with regional corporate issuers and handle Chinese prospectus documentation.
