Job summary

BCT Financial Limited in Hong Kong seeks a skilled analyst to monitor fund performance and support reporting for MPF, pooled and ORSO schemes. You will assist in managing external asset manager relations and contribute to project coordination and efficiency improvements.

Candidates should have 3+ years in investment services, strong Excel and English/Chinese communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in investment or financial services.
• Good understanding of global investment markets and investment products.
• Knowledge of MPF and retirement funds is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); Bloomberg/Lipper knowledge a plus.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; comfortable with figures.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of fund managers and funds under MPF, pooled/ORSO, and 3rd party schemes.
• Prepare fund performance reports/presentations for Investment Committee, management, regulators, clients, and internal teams.
• Support efforts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Assist in managing relationships with external asset managers.
• Support scheme change projects and coordination of document changes.
