Job summary

Grand Alliance Asset Management Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support corporate accounting, financial statements and management reporting, while assisting fund accounting tasks such as valuations, reconciliations and expense tracking in a busy investment firm located in Hong Kong.

The role requires 2+ years in fund or corporate accounting, good command of English and Chinese, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Level 2 HKDSEE with English, Chinese and Mathematics required
• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related disciplines would be a plus
• LCCI Levels I–III and/or certificate in legal studies would be advantageous
• At least two years of relevant work experience in fund/business operations related to corporate accounting, fund accounting or related roles in financial auditing/taxation would be preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented and well-organized
• Team player with responsibility and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate accounting, including preparation of financial statements and management reporting, and support statutory audits
• Assist in fund accounting and related fund operations, including valuations and reconciliations, and track expenses and broker commissions
• Support Transfer Agency (TA) tasks, including onboarding, KYC and AML checks
• Support routine regulatory compliance and firmwide administrative tasks
