Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) for large-scale projects in a demanding consulting environment. You will ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while coordinating onshore and offshore teams and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities include refining AMS processes, optimizing resources, and driving continuous service improvements with a strong focus on budgets, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT management experience in a consulting setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across onshore and offshore teams.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong decision-making abilities.
• Strong track record in IT operations and IT service delivery.
• Extensive experience in resource management, workload distribution, and team development.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective client-facing communication in English and stakeholder management.

Technology - Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients. Your role will involve managing service level agreements (SLAs), optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job duties of this Role:
