Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with operations-focused projects.
• Solid experience gathering and analyzing requirements and turning them into workable project plans.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans with defined scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Set timelines, milestones and dependencies to keep execution on track.
• Monitor progress, flag risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Analyze data to surface trends and insights for operational improvements.
• Help build business cases and proposals for process enhancements and automation.
• Explore practical ways to bring AI into operations for better UX and efficiency.
• Partner with teams to roll out process changes and track impact.
• Provide regular status updates on project metrics and recommendations.
• Support training and change management tied to improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, practices and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to strategic planning and measure benefits realized from initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project performance; report to stakeholders.
