Job summary

Pure Hong Kong is seeking an Operational Transformation / Excellence Lead in Hong Kong to design and continuously refine the organization's operations transformation strategy and roadmap. You will translate business challenges into initiatives with clear success metrics and robust business cases, and lead end-to-end execution across multiple functions from discovery to go-live.

Qualifications

• Cantonese is mandatory.
• Strong experience in operations transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement within the life insurance domain.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
• Solid knowledge of AI technologies including automation, analytics, and GenAI, and how to apply them to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the operations transformation agenda to support key growth objectives.
• Own delivery of priority initiatives from discovery through go-live, coordinating requirements, design, UAT, and implementation.
• Act as Life Operations AI lead to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and implement AI initiatives with measurable value.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to launch and expand AI-enabled capabilities, including automation, analytics and decision support.
