PERSOL Hong Kong Limited seeks an organized Insurance Documentation & HR Operations professional to manage enrollment forms, underwriting files, and mortgage-related documents. The role requires meticulous document control and a proactive approach to follow-up with underwriters and internal teams.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of operational experience, with familiarity in insurance documentation, bank mortgage processing, and loan operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of operational experience. Prior exposure to insurance documentation, bank mortgage processing, credit administration, or loan operations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for tracking large volume case logs.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to handle local forms.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and vet insurance enrollment forms, policy endorsements, and group medical underwriting documents.
• Follow up with insurance underwriters and brokers on policy issuance delays or complex claim escalations.
• Maintain rigorous document control for regulatory insurance filings and sign declarations.
• Generate monthly insurance reports on premium allocations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Compile and organize mortgage application dossiers and verify employment letters, income proofs, and housing loan agreements.
• Draft internal mortgage letters, staff loan agreements, and legal charge documents per templates.
• Coordinate with internal legal, credit approval, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate final document execution with wet signatures and deed registrations.
• Manage end-to-end case tracking log for insurance policies and mortgage applications.
• Act as central point of contact for missing compliance documents and audits.
• Conduct regular file audits to meet auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain secure personnel records related to staff financial benefits and housing perks within Core HR Operations.
• Issue standard employment documentation for mortgage verification and salary confirmation.
• Support general HR administrative audits and regulatory compliance checks.
