Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification is required.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Mandarin fluency a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in consumer products or mortgage loans.
• Certifications such as general insurance and CPD compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage enquiry and application assessment.
• Input and update mortgage application data accurately.
• Conduct KYC, credit checks, and document verification before approval.
• Liaise with Credit team and Sales to resolve queries during credit review.
• Provide servicing, administrative and reporting support to the team.
• Generate reports for monitoring and management review.
