Job summary

CHINA INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED is seeking a proactive professional to introduce and develop potential clients and achieve sales targets in a securities environment.

The role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in securities firms. Relevant equity research exposure and institutional client connections are preferred, with a demonstrated work ethic and motivation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or above in finance or business-related studies.
• With clean disciplinary records.
• Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues.
• 3+ years of experience in securities firms or other financial institutions, previous equity research experience preferred.
• With institutional clients' resources preferred.
• Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.
• Work experienced in Chinese securities firm preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Responsible for distributing research reports, coordinating client requests for research, projects, specific products and services (conference calls, corporate roadshows, strategy seminars, conference one on ones etc.) .
• Handle other ad-hoc projects.
