Job summary

CHINA INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Equity/Derivative Sales professional to maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively address their service needs.

You will develop new client relationships across asset management firms, securities houses, mutual funds and hedge funds, coordinate with trading and product teams to implement requirements, and translate client needs into executable trading solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in equity sales or derivative sales.
• Proactive, independent and able to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin with strong written communication ability.
• Based in Hong Kong to support local and regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and respond to service needs, and recommend suitable products and strategies.
• Develop new client relationships across asset management firms, securities firms, mutual funds, and hedge funds to drive business development and client acquisition.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and facilitate implementation of client needs; act as liaison between clients and trading/product teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Lead the connection, analysis and solution design of client needs into executable products or transaction solutions.
• Track market information and provide ideas for product design, trading, and hedging strategies based on market analysis and client feedback.
