Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group, is seeking a Product Manager for institutional lending to design and implement end-to-end business flows from client needs to deal closure. You will standardize offline processes into systemized workflows and collaborate with Risk, Finance and Legal.

You should have 3+ years in product management with lending experience, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to read Term Sheets and lending agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related business product experience.
• Lending business experience is required; must have real experience with lending products and processes.
• Familiar with principal, interest, collateral, LTV, margin call, liquidation, repayment logic.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design, process building, and business implementation for institutional lending, particularly institutional collateralized lending.
• Own the full business flow from client needs, quoting, approval, contract signing, disbursement, ongoing management, repayment, to deal closure, standardizing offline processes into systemized workflows.
• Participate in risk control rule design, collateral eligibility, LTV, alerts, margin calls, liquidation, working with Risk and Treasury teams to build executable SOPs.
• Handle fund flow, interest, fees, and settlement logic related to lending, working with Finance and Treasury systems teams to ensure clear, traceable financial data.
• Support Sales in engaging institutional clients, design deal structures, independently draft Term Sheets, participate in negotiating commercial terms of lending agreements, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance for internal review.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management or related business product experience
• Lending business experience is a hard requirement, must have real experience with lending products and processes
• Familiar with principal, interest, collateral, LTV, margin call, liquidation, repayment logic
• B2B or institutional product experience, able to independently design business flows and product solutions
• Strong business communication skills, able to directly liaise with Sales, institutional clients, and external partners
• Able to read Term Sheets, lending agreements, and key commercial terms, and work effectively with Legal
• Real understanding of digital assets and their underlying mechanics
• Strong cross-department coordination and bilingual (Chinese/English) written communication

Preferred:

Digital asset lending platforms or institutional financial services experience, exchange institutional business, Prime Brokerage, OTC experience; experience with institutional collateralized lending, margin financing, stock pledge lending, or corporate/interbank lending; real margin call/liquidation handling experience
