Nova Management Consultants (Asia) Limited seeks an Innovative Executive Assistant in Hong Kong, on a 4-month contract. Responsibilities include official works, preparing meeting materials, filing/records management, and liaising with service providers and representatives of fisheries associations.
Requirements: a Hong Kong Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Level 3+ in Chinese and English (HKDSE/HKCEE); at least 1 year post-degree admin experience; proficiency in MS Office; strong
providing support including official works, preparation of meeting materials, filing and record management, and communication with inland culture Service providers, pond fish farmers and representatives of fishermen associations, etc.;
performing official support for promotion of modernised inland fisheries culture industries;
performing purchasing requisition and accounting works;
assisting in holding workshops, seminars and training programmes;
assisting in handling routine administrative works, including compiling returns and reports;
handling enquiries from other departments and the public;
assisting in drafting social media posts; and
performing any other duties as assigned by government representative(s).
Requirements:
a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
attained language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
at least one (1) aggregate year post-degree full-time working experience in administration, preferably in Government/public bodie. Experience in administration work and liaison with members of the public will be an advantage;
knowledge of computer software applications including Chinese and English Word Processing, Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
good command of spoken Cantonese and English plus written Chinese and English; and
good communication and interpersonal skills.
