Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a APAC data center build and migration program. You will own the project plan, drive cross-functional alignment across US, EMEA, and APAC engineering teams, and ensure all workstreams stay on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
  • Proven data center build or migration track record.
  • Strong DC infra knowledge: networking, servers, cabling, circuits.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project/Smartsheet).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication to technical and senior audiences.
  • Experience with vendors/third-party providers.
  • Ability to work across US, EMEA, APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a detailed Gantt chart covering all DC build, migration, and network upgrade activities across Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Provide weekly written status updates to senior stakeholders, clearly flagging risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Track all equipment currently housed at Options IT (HK), including contract expiry dates and 90-day exit clauses, and sequence migrations accordingly.
  • Coordinate with portfolio managers, vendors, telco providers, and internal engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Manage scheduling of equipment moves, circuit activations, and cabling activities across Equinix SG2 and HK2.
  • Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for the APAC IT team.
  • Maintain RAID log, action tracker, and project documentation throughout the engagement.

Job description

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of DC infrastructure: networking, servers, structured cabling, telco circuits
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills - able to present to both technical and senior business audiences
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
  • Ability to work across time zones (US, EMEA, APAC)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in financial services environments
  • Familiarity with Equinix co-location facilities
