Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to‑day project management in taking forward the provision of the Services, including project tracking and control, resolving project issues, applying quality control management, liaising with all relevant parties for the data center relocation exercise, running the DC relocation command centre and ensuring the project deliverables are provided on time and fulfilling user requirements.
• Chair/Facilitate Project Steering Committee ("PSC") meetings and Project weekly review meetings in relation to the Services.
• Work closely and directly with the in‑house teams, DC contractors, other client’s contractors including but not limited to, existing maintenance service contractors and project teams of individual application systems, WAN service contractor, business user counterparts, and any other parties for providing the necessary services or products to complete the data center relocation exercise.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in computer science or electrical and electronic engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of IT experience including at least 5 years of project management experience in the management of at least two (2) data center relocation projects, each of which shall have involved the provision of services related to the management of DC relocation exercise for relocating 20+ racks of mission‑critical application systems underpinning round‑the‑clock IT services with minimal allowable service outage, running the DC relocation command centre and the integration of relocated application systems with the enterprise IT infrastructures ("IT project management experience").
