Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects across Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee contractors and consultants, and control budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-spec results.

The role emphasizes data center and critical facilities expertise, coordination of cross-functional teams, and rigorous risk and safety management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of critical systems such as power, cooling, UPS, and related infrastructure is preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/LEED) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for data center projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
