Infrastructure Project Manager (Technical PM)
Responsible for managing IT infrastructure and transformation projects for a leading bank, reporting to the Infrastructure PMO and Service Management Team.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of key infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, data center consolidations, cloud deployments, office relocations, and IT transformation programs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders using Agile methodology.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; develop contingency plans as needed.
Manage project changes through a formal change control process and coordinate status updates with multiple teams.
Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
Serve as the primary point of communication for project status, updates, and escalations.
Develop and distribute clear, concise status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
