Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large regional network transformation across Asia. You will drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise project delivery, infrastructure or network projects, and fluent English. You will report to senior sponsors, prepare status reports and RAID logs, and keep programs on time and within scope.

The organization is currently undertaking a major network transformation programme to modernize and enhance its infrastructure capabilities across multiple markets.

Description

• Lead and manage a regional network transition/migration project across multiple Asia markets, ensuring successful delivery within timeline and scope.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, country teams, vendors, and project sponsors.
• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams and dependencies within a large enterprise environment.
• Prepare project status reports, executive updates, RAID logs, and steering committee materials.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders across different countries.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, network, or technology transformation projects.
• Network migration/infrastructure experience is advantageous but not mandatory; strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are the key success factors.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
