Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a regional network transition across Asia markets, delivering on time and within scope. You will drive planning, governance, risk management and issue resolution, coordinating with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, country teams, vendors and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise project delivery, preferably in infrastructure or technology transformation, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, network, or technology transformation projects.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Lead and manage a regional network transition/migration project across multiple Asia markets, ensuring successful delivery within timeline and scope.


• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.


• Coordinate closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, country teams, vendors, and project sponsors.


• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams and dependencies within a large enterprise environment.


• Prepare project status reports, executive updates, RAID logs, and steering committee materials.


• Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders across different countries.


• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, network, or technology transformation projects.


• Network migration/infrastructure experience is advantageous but not mandatory; strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are the key success factors.

• Experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of enterprise project delivery experience.


• Proven track record managing regional or multinational projects.
