Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking an Income Auditor in Hong Kong to manage daily revenue auditing and ensure accurate hotel transaction reconciliations. You will prepare DRR, audit hotel and F&B transactions, and balance guest and house accounts while maintaining meticulous records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 1 year hotel accounting experience (advantage), and proficiency in MS Office, OPMS, POS. English and Chinese fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 1 year accounting experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of OPMS, POS and accounting systems is a plus.
• Detail-minded, organized and a responsible team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

About The Role

As an Income Auditor, you will be responsible for daily revenue auditing and reporting to ensure accurate reconciliation of Hotel transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Revenue Report (DRR) and audit Hotel and F&B transactions.
• Reconcile and balance guest and house accounts on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Support month-end closing for revenue accounts and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines.
• 1 year of general accounting experience in Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of OPMS, POS and accounting system would be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, organized and responsible team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
