Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor for Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, to manage the overall presentation of guestrooms and public areas in line with Shangri-La standards. The role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in housekeeping leadership within sizable hotels and possess strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizable hotels.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented and quality-driven team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guestrooms and surrounding areas according to hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Room Butlers regarding guest requests and required items.
• Conduct service and chemical usage training for Room Butlers.
• Manage and control guest supply inventory.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About The Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be managing the overall presentation of guestrooms and public areas, ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guestrooms and surrounding areas according to Hotel standards.


• Coordinate with Room Butlers regarding guest requests and required items.


• Conduct service and chemical usage training for Room Butlers.


• Manage and control guest supply inventory.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizable Hotels.
