Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking an Income Auditor in Hong Kong to manage daily revenue auditing and ensure accurate hotel transaction reconciliations. You will prepare DRR, audit hotel and F&B transactions, and balance guest and house accounts while maintaining meticulous records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 1 year hotel accounting experience (advantage), and proficiency in MS Office, OPMS, POS. English and Chinese fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 1 year accounting experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of OPMS, POS and accounting systems is a plus.
• Detail-minded, organized and a responsible team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Revenue Report (DRR) and audit hotel and F&B transactions.
• Reconcile and balance guest and house accounts daily.
• Maintain accurate accounting records with proper documentation and filing.
• Support month-end closing for revenue accounts and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
